Three (Paisley)
I just realized late last night that there are paisley designs all over this piece… Not intentional. I just looked it up and found: “Some design scholars also call the distinctive shape Boteh and believe it is the convergence of a stylized floral spray and a cypress tree: a Zoroastrian symbol of life and eternity.”

I always thought that the paisley design, looked as though someone took the ‘yin/yang’ symbol, and separated the two parts, and decided to decorate that shape. So the research you did, backs up my theory! So Its a circle with an ‘s’ down the middle and split. Okay. I like that. Your all about this symbol all the way, that is quite apparent in the subconscious design popping out!! Beautiful.
